Civil Rigths Activist Rosa Parks was born February 4,1913 in Tuskegee, Alabama, Her refusal to surender her seat to a white passenger on a Montegomery bus on December 1,1955 started a very memorable moment. Rosa parks had a hard day at work (department store) she caught a bus on her way home she was told to give her seat up for a white man and she refused and was arrested. this started a boycott tht lasted 382 days, she recieved over 2 dozen rewards for her braveness. she changed the world says Al Sharpton he says she made the world respect her people and that were all here because she made a difference.Al sharpton speaks to the world saying cell phones and all other electronical devices didnt exist then but Dr. Martin luther king Jr still managed to gather thousands of people creating a boycott, what does this say? it says that Now A days our society takes life for granted and should take more time apreciating what historians have done to get us as people ehre we are today in Quoting Sharpton "Mirrors arent just a reflection of what you see they also to correct what you see".Rosa Parks died on October 25, 2005
